DKB was established in 2001 within the Chartered Accountancy practice of Dufton Kellner, primarily to service the accountancy clients.

The principal advisers are David Bates and David Edwards, who each have more than 20 years experience and are fully qualified Independent Financial Advisers.

In addition to providing services to the owner managed business clients of Dufton Kellner we provide holistic services to other professionals in particular to members of the medical and dental professions. David Bates looks after hospital consultants whilst David Edwards deals almost exclusively with dentists. The core principle is that we offer advice which is tailored to meet client's individual financial needs.

Being 'Independent Financial Advisers' is important to DKB, as clients can be assured that they are receiving an unbiasd approach to financial advice. Although initial advice is very important, providing ongoing service and support to clients is key to the success of our business.
